Both arms fold and are in good condition, plating is poor. (SEE PHOTOS)
Overall Length is 20″ with 1/2″ mounting holes.
Long Bar is 1″ center to center.
Short Bar is 7-15/16″ center to center.
“button” in center is 1-3/4″ in Diameter.
